Justice for Kline

Kansas Atty. Gen. Paul Morrison is resigning in the wake of a sex scandal, he announced at a press conference this afternoon.

I have been busy this month getting ingredients for the cookies I am baking for Christmas, taking the boys to and fro and doing other Mommy stuff. Because I have been so busy, my posting has to be done quickly tonight so bear with me.

While I was on one of my errands today I was listening to Rush get nagged by this liberal woman and lo and behold a 'news alert' interrupted with the announcement that Paul Morrison is resigning.. Of course, I yelled, "WHOO HOO!" My boys asked, "Mom, mom!! What is going on?".. All I could think of was, "Boys, a liberal finally got caught doing something bad!!".. Then my five year old said, "You mean a libler got in trouble? Cool!".. Yes, my boys call liberals 'liblers'.

Of course I don't have Dee from "Conservatism With Heart's" cell phone on my speed dial yet, so I couldn't wait to get home to call her. Well, she got to me first and called me as soon as I walked in the door. It was GREAT hearing her voice. We were glad that we were able to see justice served because it is unusual that these kinds of shenanigans are unveiled.

From what I understand, Kline has asked for an investigation using people outside of his sphere to investigate these claims against Morrison.

I do feel sorry for Morrison's wife who was obviously misled by him and of course his children who are having to deal with his misdeeds not only regarding the affair, but his possible illegal activity. I have also heard Morrison's wife is a pretty neat person.
